  1. Promoter. The promoter is SharkNinja New Zealand Limited NZBN 9429046466167, 74 Taharoto Road, Takapuna, Auckland, New Zealand 0622. Phone number: 0800 112 660.  

  1. Promotion period. Starts at 6.30pm NZST on 25th of September 2026 and ends 48 hours later, at 6:30 pm NZDT on 27th of September 2026, or when the stock allocation of 200 units has been exhausted, whichever occurs first. 

  1. The offer. Eligible customers receive 25% off the recommended retail price of the Ninja SLUSHi Twist Slushie Machine in Mocha (FS701BRANZ) (Qualifying Product), when purchased on the SharkNinja NZ Online store, www.sharkninja.co.nz. The code FIRST200 must be entered at checkout for the discount to apply.  

  1. Limited to the first 200 orders or 48 hours, whichever comes first. The offer is strictly limited to the first 200 qualifying orders placed and within the promotion period. Order position is determined solely by the order confirmation time recorded by sharkninja.co.nz, and the Promoter's records of order time are final. 

  1. What happens when the offer ends. Any orders placed after the offer ends will no longer qualify for the discount under this promotion. Orders placed after the promotion ending are not eligible for a price adjustment, a refund of the difference, or a price match. 

  1. Qualifying order. A qualifying order is a single order placed at sharkninja.co.nz that contains at least one Qualifying Product and for which payment is successfully processed. The discount code is only valid to apply the 25% discount for the Qualifying Product, if there are other items purchased at the same time. An order for which payment is declined or not completed is not a qualifying order and does not count towards the 200 limit. 

  1. One per customer. The offer is limited to one Qualifying Product per customer, per household and per delivery address. The promoter may cancel any order that, acting reasonably, it considers has been placed to circumvent this limit. 

  1. Cancellations and returns. An order that is later cancelled, returned or refunded does not reinstate an allocation. The 200 allocations are counted at the point of order. 

  1. Eligibility. The offer is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over, ordering for delivery to a New Zealand address. Orders for delivery outside New Zealand are not eligible. 

  1. Where the offer applies. The offer applies only to purchases made at sharkninja.co.nz. It is not available at any retailer, marketplace, or other SharkNinja website, and is not available on orders placed by telephone. 

  1. Not combinable. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount code (such as the Welcome Voucher), voucher, store credit promotion, spend and save promotion, or staff or trade discount. Gift cards and bundled products are excluded from the offer. 

  1. Availability. There will be 200 units of Qualifying Product for this promotion. 

  1. Verification. The promoter may verify the validity of any order and may disqualify any person, or cancel any qualifying order, if it reasonably believes has breached these terms, provided false information, or engaged in fraudulent or improper conduct. 

  1. Changes to the offer. The promoter may amend, suspend or withdraw the offer where it is reasonably necessary to do so, a pricing or technical error, or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Where the offer is amended or withdrawn, orders already processed at the offer price will be honoured, subject to clause 13. 

  1. Your consumer rights. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other law that cannot be excluded. 

  1. Prices. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Delivery charges, where applicable, are additional and are not discounted by this offer. 

  1. Personal information. Any personal information collected in connection with an order is handled in accordance with the SharkNinja privacy policy available at Privacy policy, SharkNinja New Zealand 

  1. Governing law. The promotion are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
